“Does it spark joy?”
There’s a real reason behind one of the most popular phrases of the year. According to health professionals, decluttering has been proved to reduce stress and anxiety.
“If the constant stream of things to pick up around your home leaves you feeling anxious, you’re not alone. Objects have the power to do just that.
In fact, when working couples gave tours of their homes, women who used more words describing ‘clutter and disorganization’ also tended to show levels of the stress hormone cortisol, suggesting chronic stress.
On the flip side, those who described their homes as being ‘restful’ or talked about their beautiful outdoor spaces were less stressed and reported less sad feelings as the day went on.”

That’s why I created the 7-Day Declutter Challenge! The challenge will only require you one hour of your day, for 7 days- that’s it!
Let’s be real- one hour of organizing is less time you spend scrolling on social media or re-watching Friends episodes for the 3rd time this week.
If you’re a fan of the “Tidying up With Marie Kondo” series, you’d know that organizing your home will have an incredibly positive influence on your life. So why not make time for it?
You owe it to yourself to become everything you’ve ever dreamed of being.
With that being said- let’s get to decluttering!
Items you’ll need for the challenge (if you don’t already own them):
- Small boxes to categorize “Under the sink” items such as: medicine, extra makeup, dental stuff
- Place to store/sort your mail & important docs
Side note: Make sure to print the challenge out! Idk why, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I physically cross something off a list. I need you to feel that same sense of accomplishment after every item on this challenge!
Also, feel free to start this challenge whenever- the printable is organized by “Day 1, Day2, etc” and not specific day/dates.
Now let’s get to it!
